Abstract

Effect of Implementation of School-Base Management on Student Achievement in Intergrated Islamic Primary School in Makassar . This research is based on compability between the concept of intergrated schools with SBM, the number of applicants on alleged SD IT is increasing because good management so that the achievements of their students are well too. This type of research is descriptive quantitative method used is survey. Quantitative method analysis descriptive statistics and inferential analysis, with regression test. The results showed that the implementation of SBM from management aspects of the curriculum, educators and educational management in SDIT in Makassar has been done regularly and independently. The respondents’ answers show trends in the high category. This study also found that: first, there was an impact of implementing SBM from the aspect of curriculum, educatos and educational management, and students in Makassar; second, there was a positive effect of the SBM implementation from the aspect of educators and educational management toward the students achievement of SDIT students in Makassar; third, there was a positive effect of the SBM implementation from the aspects of students management on students achievement of students of SDIT in Makassar.

Abstract

This research aims to know the three things regarding the execution of the Spiritual leadership of the principal Modern boarding schools Shohwatul Is'ad (case study on Junior High School IT Shohwatul Is'ad Ma'rang Kab. Pengkep). Besides the goal of this research is to find out which (i) the implementation of spiritual leadership style. (ii) the strengths and values of the dominant spiritual leadership which led into a model of effective leadership in developing educational and learning organizations and (iii) the driving factor and a barrier to implementation leadership spiritual. The methods used in this studying using qualitative research methods which researchers working to understand, describe, explain the theory and qualitative instruments in the form of what is gained from the field research. The results showed: (1) the application of spiritual leadership still hasn't been fullest and still requires a process and the hard work of the leaders and all the stakeholders.  (2) factor endowments and a barrier to implementation of spiritual leadership style. (a) which is a factor supporting IE; the condition of the lingkunag institution, appropriate institutions with the vision of the leadership style of spiritual openness by all teachers to menerimah style kepemimpnan spiritual. (b) the factors restricting namely; do not tirciptanya the culture of the school, working principles that are still transactional so that efforts to develop the institutions still krang and, still the least effort applying spiritul values by teachers in running the function meskipin in the concept has to understand.

Abstract

this research aims to know the description of the application of the method of playing a role in the Indonesia language learning in ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, to know the description of the capabilities of the cooperation of students, and to find out whether there is influence of the application of the method of play the role of language learning in Indonesia against the cooperation ability of students. This type of research is one group pre test post test. The results showed that (1) the application of the method of playing a role in the language learning Indonesia in SD Negeri Belajen 112 Regency Enrekang done with three stages, namely the preparation and Instruction/activity early, dramatic actions and discussions as well as evaluation of role playing. Where the provision of the application of role playing can be run well. (2) the ability of the student's cooperation is at a very good category. (3) the application of the method of playing a role in language learning ability against Indonesia cooperate very influential because students viewed from the data obtained from experimental groups prior to the implementation of treatment students are on either category While after treatment assessment criteria column on the cooperation of students within the category of very good and with the average value of the good.

Abstract

This study examines the role of public relation  in improving Public Services-based blueprint in Makassar State University. This study aims to investigate the role of public relations in improving public services based on the blueprint of the State University of Makassar. This study employed a descriptive quantitative research method. The data were collected from civil servants, journalists and students. In this study, the author utilized a purposive sampling technique with 60 respondents involved in the survey. The participants consisted of 20 civil servants, 20 journalists, and 20 students. The data analysis technique employed descriptive statistic al analysis using presentations. The results showed the role of public relations in improving public services based on blueprints. The indicators of the capacity of public relations were rated B (Good) with a percentage of 56%. This shows that the public relations were able to manage information, data, documentation and publications. However, it still needs to improve the public relation personnel in accordance with the background of public relations and resource development in order to manage public relations. The indicators of mainstream of public information rated B (good) with a percentage of 72%. This suggests that the availability of access to information on public relations is good and the public can access information according to their needs, indicators for reinforcing institutional public relations, its role assessed as fair with a percentage of 48%. The results showed that the importance of managing public relations in order to create better public services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of the Exploration Method Implementation on Student Learning Motivation at 34 Baba Elementary School in Cendana Subdistrict, Enrekang Regency. This type of research was pre-experimental. testing of independent and bound variables is carried out on the sample. The design of this study uses a quantitative approach that examines changes in student motivation through exploration method techniques at Baba 34 Public Elementary School. The research design used was one group pretest posstest desing. The technique of collecting data through observation, questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, and inferential analysis that creates a normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using the T Test. The results of the study showed that there was a positive influence on the method of exposure on the level of student learning motivation in students at 34 Baba Public Elementary School, which meant that the exploration method was carried out so that the level of student motivation in 34 Baba Public Elementary Schools would also increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the fulfillment of eight national education standards (SNP) at SMP Negeri in South Sulawesi. The research method used a combination of quantitative descriptive approach and qualitative approach. Qualitative descriptive approach is depiction of research results in percentage form. Qualitative approach is the depiction of research results in the form of categories. The research location covers 3 districts / cities as the sample which is determined based on the location of the region that is, the South region is represented Makassar City, the West area is Parcare City, and Southeast region, represented by Regency of Bone. samples, 2 SMPNs were chosen, each 1 SMPN accredited A and 1 SMPN accreditation B, so the number of samples is 6 SMPN. The instruments used were questionnaires developed from national education standard indicators (SNPs) equipped with documentation, and interviews. The result of data analysis shows that the percentage of compliance level of 8 national standard of education at SMP Negeri in South Sulawesi successively as follows: (1) standard content 86% or very good category, (2) standard process 88% or very good category, (3) ) the competency standard is 84% or good category, (4) standard of educator and educational staff 72% or good category, (5)) standard of facilities and infrastructure 75% or good category, (6) 90% management standard or very good category, (7) 73% financing standard or good category, and (8) 87% rating standard or very good category. Among the eight standards that include low level of engagement, one of them is the standard of educators and education personnel, especially the education personnel, namely principals, labors, and librarians are still many who have not met the standards because they do not have a certificate of competence. Suggestions for the follow-up that ownership of competency certificates for school principals, labors, and school librarians should be a priority requirement by local governments in recruitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out how the role of school people and the government in the Adiwiyata program at Arungkeke MTs Al-Falah Jeneponto district. The role of the madrasa community in this case the headmaster in the Adiwiyata program namely as the originator of the main idea, policy makers who support the adiwiyata program, fostering trust able to gain achievements and role models for all madrasas have run optimally but are often constrained by funding problems. Likewise the role of subject teachers, PLH teachers and homeroom teachers in the Adiwiyata program is as the main person in charge of delivering values, skills and knowledge about environmental material and encourages students to carry out activities that reflect caring and culturally both individually or group. Other roles of the madrasa community, such as the madrasa committee, in the Adiwiyata program, which are contributing in the form of thoughts, funds and other contributions have not been maximized. TU employees, laboratory staff and librarians acted as pioneers in the management of facilities and infrastructure and the success of the Adiwiyata program administration and executing supporters had gone well.
